This card named Japanese Old Black Pokémon Trophy Card NO.2 Neo Spring Battle PSA 9 Pikachu was once worth about 39.1 billion VND.
The card was released during a promotional campaign in Japan in 2001, and is ranked extremely rare with an index of 9/10 on the PSA rating scale.
